Patricia Hagan Cope, adoring mother

Patricia Hagan Cope, 78, passed at peace Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020. She was the beloved wife of 57 years to Jerome Austin Cope Jr. and adoring mother of their five children, Courtney, Jerome, Eileen, Susan and David, whom together they raised in Westchester County, N.Y., and Bethany Beach. She is also survived by her children’s spouses, Kerri-Lynn Cope, Jennifer Cope and Joe Pozzi; her 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A private prayer service will be held, and interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Sussex County Office and Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963, in Patricia’s memory.
